Most crypto agencies sell impressions. We build the credibility that makes integrators, liquidity partners and communities take your call: the product story, the site, the search presence and the partnerships, run by someone who has deployed his own contracts.

Act IThe problem
Impressions are cheap in crypto. Trust is not. Before a serious partner integrates, lists or allocates, they read your docs, your site and your founders. Our job is to make every one of those touchpoints say the same clear thing, then put it in front of the right people.
Integrators and auditors read your docs and your contracts before your marketing. If the story and the code disagree, the deal stops there.
Allocators and liquidity partners want a clear answer to what you are, who it is for and why now, in language they can repeat to their own investment committee.
Paid reach in crypto is restricted and volatile. Search, content, partnerships and a community you own are the channels that stay open.
Undisclosed paid promotion and price talk are what regulators and journalists find first. The cheapest launch is the one that never needs a correction.
Act IIWhat we do
What you are, who it is for and why now, in language a developer and an allocator both understand.
Fast, clear marketing sites and the front end of the product itself. We write the smart contract integration as well as the copy.
Search is one of the few crypto channels nobody can ban. Technical content, comparison pages and docs that rank.
Introductions, conference representation and partner development, done in person when it matters.
KOL and creator work where every paid post is labelled as paid, with the amount where the law asks for it.
Crypto checkout and card on-ramps as a second payment rail for businesses that card processors treat as high risk.
Act IIIHouse rules
We plan launches with your counsel in the room, because the marketing rules are now as real as the code.
Paid promotion is disclosed.
In the US, anyone paid to promote a security must disclose the payment, its source and its amount, and the FTC's endorsement rules apply on top.
The UK and EU rules are followed where your users are.
UK cryptoasset promotions must be made or approved by an authorised or registered firm, with risk warnings. EU MiCA requires marketing to be fair, clear, identifiable as marketing and consistent with the white paper.
Paid search is used only where it is allowed.
Exchanges, wallets and coin trusts can advertise on Google after certification in many countries. Token sales and DeFi trading protocols still cannot, and we do not try to slip past review.
No price, return or listing promises. Ever.
We never promise price, returns or listings. We promise a launch you will not have to explain later.
Act IVTrack record
Dated, checkable and in Paul's own resume.
2022 to now
Paul's own non-custodial event ticketing protocol. He took over development in 2022, relaunched the smart contracts and rebuilt the front end. Contracts issue the tickets and govern resale, with a secondary marketplace and a card on-ramp, live on Base, an Ethereum layer 2.
2025
Represented the Stellar-based DEX at Stellar Meridian in Rio de Janeiro and brought in two partnerships: Blend, adding lending and borrowing, and NEAR Intents, enabling cross-chain swaps into Stellar assets.
2023
Marketing and capital raise advisor for the white-label liquid staking protocol during the raise that closed a $3M seed round led by Multicoin Capital.
Since 2021
Paul's podcast on DeFi, policy, AI and offshore structure, running since March 2021. Speaker at ETH Tbilisi.
2020 to 2021
Early community contributor and governance participant from launch, during DeFi Summer.
Act VBase
Vitality runs from Tbilisi, a practical base for crypto founders: fast and inexpensive incorporation, a clear corporate tax model and a growing builder community. Paul runs his own Georgian companies and helps founders who want to do the same.
If you are weighing where to set up, start with why founders register companies in Georgia, and talk to a tax adviser about your own position.
Act VIQuestions
Yes, the marketing side: positioning, the site, content, partnerships and disclosed creator campaigns, coordinated with your legal team. We do not give legal or investment advice, and we do not promise exchange listings.
It depends on what you are. Certified exchanges, wallets and coin trusts can advertise in many countries. DeFi trading protocols and token sales cannot. We will tell you which side of the line you are on in the first call.
Yes. We build marketing sites and dApp front ends, including the smart contract integration. Paul runs his own protocol, Cheers Tickets, on Base, an Ethereum layer 2, so the team that writes your story also understands your contracts.
Engagements are scoped to the launch. Book a call and you will get a straight number for the work you actually need.
Yes. We work with projects worldwide from our base in Tbilisi, Georgia, and adjust the plan to the rules wherever your users are.
