This policy explains what Vitality Agency LLC (“we”) collects when you visit vitality.agency, and the choices you have. Questions go to paul@vitality.agency.
What we collect
This site has no forms and no accounts. If you contact us, you do it by email, and we receive only what you choose to send. We use it to reply and to work with you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
Stored in your browser
- Your day or night display preference, so the site remembers it next time.
- Your answer to the cookie notice, so we do not ask again.
- The theme song player’s position, volume, mute and loop settings, kept in this tab’s session storage so the song can resume after a reload. They are cleared when you close the tab.
All of these stay on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Your cookie choices
When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page explains how we use cookies. For visitors in the United States, any analytics or advertising measurement cookies we use are on by default and stay on unless you choose “Decline”. You can change your answer at any time with the “Privacy Choices” button at the bottom of this page.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising measurement. Analytics may still count the visit.
- Visitors in Europe. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you choose “OK”.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read and which buttons are used (for example a contact button, the day and night switch or the theme song). It sets first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*), and Google receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you view; we do not send it your name or email. We run no advertising tags. See how Google uses this information.
Other services the site uses
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers under Google’s own privacy policy.
- Our blog is loaded from our own WordPress installation on this same domain.
- Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and times) to operate and secure the site.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing paul@vitality.agency. We do not sell personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and opt out; the “Privacy Choices” button below and Global Privacy Control both work as an opt-out on this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
